Mariska Meijers Amsterdam is a niche brand founded in 2006. Meijers' signature colour popping paintings form the basis of her product designs. Her first stationery lines (notecards, calendars, bookmarks) were launched in 2008 and in May 2009 her first designer pillow lines hit the stores. Meijers does not believe in minimalism. "I am rather fearless when it comes to using and mixing styles and colours. A house should give you a happy and warm feeling. With this in mind I create my art and my products."
