The way we print on Modal
Modal printing is done with a special production process: when you have fabrics printed with your own design, this goes through a number of steps in the process. After the fabric is printed, it goes to the steamer. In this machine the fabric is steamed at high temperature to fix the ink. The fabric is washed to remove the remaining ink from the cloth. As a final step in the process, the fabric will be stretched, dried and inspected. As soon as the print passes the inspection, the print will be sent.
